Erin grew up 20 minutes from Disneyland in California and has incorporated Disney in nearly every aspect of her life. She holds an annual pass to all the Disney Parks worldwide and visits each one at least once a year, and she's even been known to hit all the resorts in the world within a 30-day time span. Erin has written about Disney for a number of publications including her own Disney blog, Disney Globetrotter.

Food: Cooking and Gourmet

When it comes to food, Erin literally plans her travels around food and notable culinary destinations. She's perfectly content to try a Michelin-starred restaurant one night and enjoy a local market the next night. Erin is happiest when returning from a trip and working to recreate the local cuisine she enjoyed on her travels.

She obtained her A.S. in Paralegal Studies, has a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and obtained her Certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal certification (CLA/CP). She currently works as a legal marketing copywriter and a ghostwriter for various law firms who need blog content.

Insurance/Risk Professional

Erin also holds several insurance-related designations. She worked for a major rental car company handling breach of contract cases, fraud investigations and writing up a number of legal and training documents. After seven years, she moved to two large insurance companies, handling high-exposure auto and homeowner liability cases for 13 states. She analyzed and drafted countless legal and medical documents and attended regular court appearances, including arbitrations and mediations.

Crafting and Scrapbooking Enthusiast

Erin's family has worked in the craft industry for several generations, owning their own businesses in several sectors. Erin grew up painting and crafting and today, she is very involved in papercrafting and scrapbooking. She attends the biggest wholesale industry shows and stays on top of the new products and trends in the industry. Erin co-authors a scrapbook blog with her mother called All Scrapped Out and is in process of developing an online scrapbook supply company.
