Steamboat Ski Resort Located in the Routt National Forest
in the Rocky Mountain range, Steamboat Ski Resort offers six different
peaks and 165 trails. They have a staff of over 400 ski instructors and

Howelson Hill Ski Area You know you've found a truly
historic place to ski when that area has seen more athletes entered in
international ski competitions than any other. It has been around since
1914 and is located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. There are two
hot springs areas also available to warm you up after a long,
chilling day on the slopes. You'll also find a bobsled run here. This
area is mainly used to train Olympic and competitive skiers. The lodge

smack dab in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. For those on a budget,

equipment to go on a vacation here. You can rent everything you'll need,

Hesperus Ski Area Situated just a little west of Durango,
Colorado, this ski resort offers the unique opportunity to ski under the
stars. The lodge is located at 8,000 feet on the mountain. Most of the
trails are lighted, making them perfect for night skiing.
Lift prices and lessons are fairly reasonable. Entire day lift
passes are around $37.00. Stay in nearby Durango, ride the train into
the mountains or cozy up to a bed and breakfast like the one at Blue
