Abuelo's tag line is "A Taste of Mexico". They offer authentic Mexican cuisine and creative fare. Abuelo's has locations in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. Some of their specialty dishes include Durango Burrito, Carnita Tacos and The Monterrey.
Acapulco
Acapulco Mexican Restaurant Y Cantina is a popular Mexican restaurant chain. They are known for their fajitas and fresh salsa. On Thursdays, they offer an event called Crazy Combo Thursdays. On that day, you can order all you can eat combos for only $8.99. Have as many as you want of tacos, enchiladas, tamales, chile rellenos and chicken taquitos. Right now, the chain has several restaurants in California and Oregon, but the chain is spreading rapidly.
Azteca
This chain was started in Seattle, Washington in 1974 by four brothers from Mexico. Today, Azteca is in Washington, Oregon and Florida. They have 32 locations and growing. Chevy's
Chevy's Fresh Mex is a Mexican restaurant for people from all walks of life. They offer a special menu for children. On the other side of the spectrum, they also have El Happy Hour every weekday from three to seven p.m. During that time, patrons can get cocktails for only $3.00 each. You'll find locations all across the country, from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle was started in 1993. Even though their food is served fast, their goal is to keep it from seeming like fast food. Don Pablo's

El Torito focuses on fresh ingredients. They make their own salsa fresh throughout the day. They also make a from scratch guacamole fresh each day and bring it to the table. The history of this company dates all the way back to 1954. Most of the 69 restaurants are in southern California. If you have children, they can eat free on Wednesdays. Adults will enjoy the $3.00 happy hour two p.m. to eight p.m. each weekday.

On the Border is known for their endless enchilada platter, where you can eat as many beef or chicken enchiladas as you can handle. On the Border has locations scattered throughout the United States. Qdoba
Qdoba offers grill style Mexican fast food. Choose what you want on your food, adding ingredients or taking them away. Uncle Julio's
When you think of Mexican food, you might not immediately think of fine food, but Uncle Julio's offers that. They have a unique desert menu, offering a flan of the day and an empanada of the day.
