Aaron Rodgers
This quarterback plays for the Green Bay Packers as number 12. He
was born December 2, 1983, in Chico, California. He played for local
community college before transferring to University of California,
Berkeley, where he set several schools records and was eventually
picked up by the Packers in 2005 as part of the draft. Rodgers was
the first NFL quarterback ever to throw for 4,000 yards in his two
consecutive first seasons starting for a National Football League

Tom Brady
Tom Brady plays quarterback for the New England Patriots as number
12. He was born August 3, 1977 in San Mateo, California, where he
was also raised. He played football for his local high school before
moving on to the University of Michigan. He was drafted by the
Patriots during the 2000 season as a fourth string quarterback. His
career has continued to grow over the years and in 2010, he signed a
contract that made him the highest paid NFL player in the league.

Drew Brees
Drew Brees is quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. He plays as
number nine. Brees is six foot tall and weights in at about 209
pounds. He was born January 15, 1979. He played high school football
in Texas, spent his college career at Purdue University in Indiana
and was eventually drafted to San Diego in 2001. He moved to the New
Orleans Saints in 2006, where he has a six year contract. You'll

Jay Cutler
Jay Cutler plays as number six for the Chicago Bears as a
quarterback. Cutler is six feet and three inches tall and weighs 233
pounds. He was born April 29th, 1983. Cutler was born and raised in
the little town of Santa Claus, Indiana and played football at his
local high school. He then moved to Vanderbilt University as a
quarterback for their football team. He was drafted in 2006 by the
Denver Broncos. In 2009, Cutler requested a trade and moved to the
Bears. Cutler has Type 1 diabetes and has started a
foundation to help underprivileged kids with the disease. |

Joe Flacco
Joe Flacco is a quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens as number
five. Born as Joseph Vincent Flacco on January 16th, 1985, he was
raised in New Jersey. He played for Audubon High School in New
Jersey and then moved to University of Pittsburgh for one year. He
didn't see much playing time there, so he transferred to University
of Delaware where he set 20 school records. He was drafted by the
Baltimore Ravens in 2008. Flacco is six feet and six inches tall and

Mark Sanchez
Quarterback for the New York Jets, Sanchez plays as number six. He
was born on November 11, 1986. Born in Long Beach, California,
Sanchez is descended from Mexican-Americans. He played so well in
high school that he was ranked as the number one football player and
sought after by several colleges. He ultimately attended USC. He was
drafted by the Jets in 2009. Sanchez stands six feet and two inches

Matt Hasselbeck plays as quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks as
number eight. He was born September 25, 1975. He grew up in Norfolk,
Massachusetts and eventually went to college at Boston College where
he played for the Eagles. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in
the 1998 NFL Draft. He was traded to the Seahawks in 2001, where he
has stayed. Hasselbeck has been struck by lightning three times, but

Michael Vick
Michael Vick plays quarterback for the
Philadelphia Eagles. His number is seven. Vick was born on June
26th, 1980. He was born in Newport News, Virginia to teenage parents
and is the second of four children. Vick's father got his children
in sports at a young age. Vick's story is a true rags to riches tale
that is quite inspiring. He attended Virginia Tech before being
drafted into the NFL in 2001. Vick has been in some legal trouble
for a dog fighting ring and spent time in prison. When he was
released in 2009, he signed a one year contract with the Eagles and
seems to have turned things around. He was renewed for 2010 and
named starting quarterback. So far, Vick's career seems to be again

Peyton Manning
Manning plays starting quarterback for the Colts as number 18. He
was born on March 24th, 1976 and played high school football in New
Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of Tennessee and was
drafted in 1998 by the Indianapolis Colts as a first round pick. In
2007, he was part of the Colts Super Bowl XLI championship team
under the coaching of Tony Dungy. Manning also started the Peyback

Ben Roethlisberger
Roethlisberger plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers as number seven.
His nickname is "Big Ben". He was born March 2, 1982 in Lima, Ohio.
He played high school football in Findlay, Ohio. He attended Miami
University, also in Ohio, where he became the only player to ever
have his number retired. He was a first round pick in the 2004 NFL
Draft and has been with the Pittsburgh Steelers since. Roethlisberger
has been under a gray cloud of accusations for his personal conduct
and was suspended for the first six games of 2010 and required to
