Founded in 1778, this is the oldest boarding school in the United States. The school is located in Andover, Massachusetts and boards about 1,100 students. Eton
Eton College is a school exclusively for boys aged 13 to 18. The school was actually founded way back in 1440 by King Henry VI under a different name, but has transitioned into a premier prep school for boys around the world. The school is located in Berkshire, England. Students at Eton are broken up into houses, with about 50 boys in each house and 70 for the older boys. Each boy has his own bedroom. Acceptance rates hover just above 20 percent and financial aid is available to help with the $42,000 a year tuition, which includes room and board. The school was started in 1856 by a doctor.
