Health and Nutrition Expertise
Christine specializes in supporting women struggling with weight loss to identify their hidden food sensitivities, heal their digestion, and lose those stubborn pounds. Since 2009, she has been supporting women to eat right for their body type, reduce stress, and have more energy. She has been there and knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed by trying to get yourself healthy. That is why she loves sharing what she has learned through her writing to help others feel empowered to heal themselves.
Personal Health Journey
After struggling with acid reflux, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), skin problems and allergies, Christine empowered herself by changing the way she eats. She learned about the healing power of foods by working with a health coach.
After discovering she had some food sensitivities, focusing on her yoga practice, and intensifying her meditation practice, Christine healed herself of acid reflux and IBS. Her training to become a health coach also helped her eliminate her skin problems and seasonal allergies. Plus, after years of Weight Watchers and dieting in her teens and twenties, she 'organically' lost over 25 pounds in the process of healing herself, going from a size 12 to a size 2!
