Ella Rain

Ella Rain earned a BA in English from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where she studied literature and creative writing. Her work has appeared in several literary anthologies, including the Allegheny Literary Review and Taproot. She is the author of two books about autism, and she has illustrated a children's book written by a parent of a child on the spectrum. After completing coursework for a MA in Education, she wrote for a psychiatrist on the topics of pervasive developmental disorders and mental retardation.

Ella's experience as a freelance writer, ghostwriter and researcher includes topics ranging from alternative medicine to fashion. Her favorite topics relate to psychology, literature, poetry and dreams. She is a Senior Writer and Site Editor for LoveToKnow's Autism, Sleep Disorders, Children's Books, and Stress Management channels.
