Jezelle Anim-Addo is a rising sophomore currently double majoring in journalism and film at Boston University (BU). Apart from completing classes within her majors, she has also become an official host of WTBU’s Melanin Matters, BU’s first black radio show. In her first year, Jezelle worked as a features writer for the Daily Free Press, BU’s first independent student newspaper. In addition to her academics and extracurriculars, she also played with BU’s Pep Band in the tenor saxophone section. She works to one day pursue a career in entertainment or broadcast journalism.
