This Culinary school started with a campus in Sacramento, California and now
has another location in Seattle, Washington. One of the advantages to
studying at this school is that you will begin to cook almost immediately
instead of taking classes for several semesters before actually stepping

Johnson and Wales University College of Culinary Arts
Johnson and Wales University (JWU) resides in Providence, Rhode Island.
Although the university has been around since 1914, the cooking school
wasn't founded until 1973. Some truly notable chefs have graduated from this
culinary school, including television personalities Emeril Lagasse and
Michelle Bernstein. You'll find a nice variety of potential

started in New York City in 1984. The program is based on a "fast-track,

Montpelier, Vermont is home to the New England Culinary Institute. The
school boasts small class sizes and hands-on training. Some famous alumni
include Alton Brown, Steve Corry and Gavin Kaysen. The school's final exam
takes a rigorous 700 hours to complete. The school offers both an
associate's and a bachelor's degree in restaurant management, an
associate's in culinary arts and certificates in baking, pastry and cooking. |

Arizona Culinary Institute
This culinary school focuses on surrounding students with top chefs. The
