The Olympics are only held every two years, so hosting a party with some fabulous Olympic-inspired cocktails is a great way to celebrate this global sporting event. After all, it only takes a few great themed drinks to take your Olympic viewing party from bronze to gold in with just a splash.

Camarena Olympic Torch

A refreshingly bubbly cocktail, it has spiced citrus flavors that are sure to win gold.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. To make the spiced orange syrup, heat the first five ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. When the sugar dissolves, strain the mixture. The strained mixture is the syrup; the rest is waste.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, bitters, spiced orange syrup, and lime juice.
  4. Shake to chill.
  5. Strain into Champagne flute.
  6. Top off with brut.
  7. Garnish with orange twist.

Star-Spangled Sparkler

A juicy and fizzy cocktail, you can also enjoy this cocktail over brunch when the Olympics inevitably start when you're usually sipping coffee.

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, and crème de cassis.
  2. Shake to chill.
  3. Strain into Champagne flute.
  4. Top off with Champagne.
  5. Garnish with strawberry slice.

  • 1½ ounces Camarena Silver Tequila
  • 1½ ounces pinot noir
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces grapefruit soda
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, pinot noir, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  2. Shake to chill.
  3. Strain into stemless wine glass or rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top off with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

All-Around Champion

All Around Champion

This is a perfect tequila recipe for a group get-together, it has sweeter flavors perfectly offset by the lime juice. With five servings, everyone will happily have a drink in hand.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces rosemary-infused Camarena Silver Tequila
  • 1 pint lemon sherbet
  • 4 ounces lime juice
  • 4 cups ice
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. To infuse tequila, add several sprigs of fresh rosemary to the bottle of Camarena Silver Tequila.
  2. Allow the rosemary to infuse in the tequila for 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Before using, remove the sprigs.
  4. In a blender, add ice, tequila, lemon sherbet, and lime juice.
  5. Blend until desired consistency.
  6. Pour into cocktail glasses.
  7. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, bourbon, tart cherry juice, maraschino liqueur, cinnamon schnapps, and bitters.
  2. Shake to chill.
  3. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.

  • ¾ ounce elderflower liqueur
  • ¼ ounce hazelnut liqueur

  • Pear slice, rosemary sprig, and charred cinnamon stick for garnish

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and cinnamon schnapps.
  2. Shake to chill.
