Vodka, Peach Schnapps and Lemonade Cocktails

Coming up with creative drinks isn't difficult when you use vodka, peach schnapps, and lemonade as ingredients. While vodka and schnapps of all types are present in any number of beverages and vodka drinks, the citrus sweetness of lemonade, whether in a quick splash or as the main event, adds something different to your cocktail. These three ingredients mix well together in a variety of combinations, and you can add them to other mixers in a shot or a cocktail as well.

Peach Rebujito

The rebujito is a Spanish lemonade cocktail made with Sherry wine. This version includes peach schnapps and vodka for a refreshing summer drink. It makes eight 8-ounce servings.

Ingredients

• 1 bottle (750 mL) of dry Sherry, such as Fino or Manzanilla
• 1 ounce vodka
• 3 ounces peach schnapps
• 2 liters of lemonade
• Ice
• 8 mint sprigs and sliced peaches for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the Sherry, vodka, peach schnapps, and lemonade.
2. Fill stemless white wine glasses with ice. Add the lemonade mixture.
3. Garnish with the peach slices and mint sprigs.

Hale Bopper Cocktail

When the comet Hale-Bopp passed from 1995 to 1997, it was the longest and most widely viewed celestial event in recorded history. The Hale Bopper, which borrows the comet's name, is an out of this world drink for any occasion.

Ingredients

• 1 lime wedge
• Sugar
• 1 ounce citrus vodka
• 1 ounce peach schnapps
• 1 ounce lemonade
• Ice
• Peach slice for garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a cocktail glass.
2. Run the lime wedge around the outside of the chilled glass and dip the rim in sugar.
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, schnapps, and lemonade.
4. Add ice and shake.
5. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
6. Garnish with the peach slice.

Georgia Peach

You don't have to be a Southerner to enjoy the Georgia peach, a fantastic cocktail with a bit of kick to it.

Ingredients

• 1 ounces vodka
• ½ ounce tea-infused gin (optional - if skipping, add the additional ½ ounce as vodka)
• ½ ounce peach schnapps
• 4 ounces lemonade
• Splash of grenadine
• Ice
• Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, schnapps, lemonade, and grenadine.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Lemonade Atlanta Brave

The Atlanta Brave is a delectable and simple drink, but it becomes even more flavorful with just a dash of lemonade.

Ingredients

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce peach schnapps
• 2 ounces lemonade
• Ice
• Peach slice and rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, schnapps, and lemonade.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with the peach slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Power Juice

While the ingredients aren't much different from other drinks containing vodka, peach schnapps and lemonade, the result of the power juice cocktail certainly is. 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, watermelon schnapps, peach schnapps, triple sec, lemonade, and grenadine.
2. Add ice and shake to chill.
3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Peach Long Island Iced Tea

• ½ ounce vodka
• ½ ounce London dry gin
• ½ ounce light rum
• ½ ounce tequila

• 3 to 4 ounces cola (cut calories with diet cola)
• Peach slide for garnish
