• ¾ ounce Aperol
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ cup boba
• Ice
• 2 ounces prosecco
• Club soda to top off
• Raspberries, lemon slice, and mint sprig for garnish

Instruction

1. In a highball glass, add raspberry liqueur, Aperol, and lemon juice.
2. Add boba.
3. Fill highball glass with ice.
4. Add prosecco.
5. Slowly top off with club soda.
6. Do not mix. 
7. Garnish with raspberries, a lemon slice, and a mint sprig.
