  1. Using your stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is soft.
  2. Add the confectioner's sugar and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  4. Shape the mixture into an egg shape and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
